the beach pool was great and very large! supermarkets and restaurants are close. this made lunch easy. rooms are modern! the room's view impressed me. it was a quiet neighborhood, good. taxis are cheap here!
the check-in was slow. there was a long line. staff acted slow and unprofessional.

the room was clean. the breakfast had variety. i also had cleaning service daily by mr ali who was very fast to properly clean my room. his supervisor, mr ajith, was also good.
the checkin had a long queue. it took me over thirty minutes to reach the counter. the staff seemed slow, and i felt that it was UNPROFESSIONAL.

the hotel is super clean and smells fantastic! i had a gorgeous room that had a view of the lagoon and even a glimpse of the bhurj khalifa. the staff here really goes above and beyond, they're so friendly and helpful. the breakfast was amazing with so many choices, and they even had a chef's menu!
the rooms were a bit smaller than i expected. also, i could hear noises from the corridor sometimes, even quiet conversations!

this hotel is in a very central location. it is super easy to get around. i walked just ten minutes to harbour creek. complimentary car service is available too!
